Our Production Philosophy
Made to Order
Your pair is made especially for you after you place your order.
Production typically takes 3–4 weeks. In some cases, if a selected material for that number is temporarily out of stock, it may take a little longer. We choose every material with care and produce thoughtfully, never in excess.
Pre-Order
Our newest colours are released on a pre-order basis and produced as part of the first production run. This means a longer waiting time, but also exclusive early access and a special introductory price.

Our shoes are cut to sit close at the front and ease through the foot — secure where it matters, quietly generous everywhere else.
Julia is made in full leather: our most structured shape. It holds closely at first and softens to you with wear. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Each TUAS pair is crafted to order in Portugal, beginning only after your order is placed. The estimated crafting time is shown next to your selected size.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, such as Switzerland or the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
The first exchange or return is on us. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
