At TUAS Studio, we believe that great things are worth waiting for. Each pair is made to order — carefully, intentionally, and just for you.

Here’s everything you need to know about how your shoes make their way to you.


MADE JUST FOR YOU

Every pair of TUAS shoes is crafted after your order is placed.

Production and delivery typically take 3 to 4 weeks, depending on materials and production flow.

We don’t rush what is made with intention — but we’ll always keep you informed along the way.


THE SHIPPING PROCESS

Once you place your order, here’s what happens:

  • Order Confirmation — you’ll receive an email confirming your order

  • Crafting Period — your shoes are made with care

  • Shipping & Tracking — once ready, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow every step


WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to selected European countries. We’re working on expanding — slowly, intentionally.


DELIVERY

Orders are delivered via trusted courier partners.

Please note:

  • delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • delays may occur due to couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.


IMPORTANT DETAILS

To ensure everything goes smoothly, please keep in mind:

  • Accurate Address: You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information. TUAS is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
  • Delivery Attempts: Couriers typically attempt delivery more than once or redirect to a pickup point.
  • Uncollected Orders: If an order is not collected or delivery repeatedly fails, it may be returned to us.
  • Returned Shipments: In cases where a package is returned due to...
    • incorrect address
    • failure to receive or collect
    • refusal to accept delivery 

we reserve the right to deduct any return and handling costs from your refund.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For certain countries (such as the UK), customs duties or import taxes may apply.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs fees are refused and the order is returned to us, we may deduct any additional costs incurred from your refund.


MADE-TO-ORDER TIMELINES

Because your shoes are made specifically for you, timelines may occasionally extend beyond the estimated delivery window.

If your order has not been shipped within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may request to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We believe in doing things right — but never in leaving you waiting without options.
