Each pair is made to order in Portugal, crafted in small quantities and finished by hand.

Your shoes will be produced in early January and start shipping from January 23th.

We’ll keep you updated from the moment your pair goes into production until it arrives at your door.

You’ll be charged at checkout to confirm your order.

Exchanges and returns are available once your pair is delivered.

Delivery starts last week of January.

• Spain (excluding Baleares and Canary Islands): €7
• France, Italy, Greece: €20
• Rest of Europe: €21

Orders above €300: Free shipping (yay for happy feet!)

You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

Exchanges
We cover the return and the shipping of your new pair. One free exchange per order.

Returns
The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
