We produce in small batches rather than large quantities.
When a size temporarily sells out, it joins the next production batch already underway in our workshop. The estimated shipping date will always be shown before you place your order.

Pre-orders are reserved for new colours before their first production run is completed.
By ordering early, you secure your pair at a special launch price before the colour joins the permanent collection.

It depends on the availability shown for your selected size. Ready-to-ship sizes are dispatched within our standard processing timeframe. Sizes currently in production or available on pre-order will display an estimated shipping date before purchase.

Yes. Most customers choose their usual European size and find the fit comfortable from day one.

If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. If you’re unsure, send us a message and we’ll happily advise based on your measurements.

Julia has a slightly more structured fit through the front of the foot. Louise offers a softer, more flexible feel thanks to its construction.
