Email orders@tuas-studio.com within 15 days of receiving your pair. Include your order number and tell us if it's a return or an exchange.
We reply within 24–48 hours, with a prepaid label.

The TUAS box is part of the pair — please send it back too.

- Exchanges are free across the EU — the new pair too, once per order.
- For a refund, a return fee comes off your refund: €5 (PT/ES), €12 (Western EU), €20 (rest of Europe & UK).

On carpet or clean floor, indoors. Not outside. Once a pair has been worn outside, we can't accept it back — small marks show on the sole.
The same as a new order. Three to four weeks for production, then 2–4 business days for delivery.
