Email orders@tuas-studio.com within 15 days of receiving your pair. Include your order number and tell us if it's a return or an exchange.
We reply within 24–48 hours, with a prepaid label.

On carpet or clean floor, indoors. Not outside. Once a pair has been worn outside, we can't accept it back — small marks show on the sole.
