Changed your mind? It happens.

Fifteen days from the day they arrive. The first exchange is on us.

STEP 01

Tell us what's up.

Email orders@tuas-studio.com within 15 days of receiving your pair. Include your order number and tell us if it's a return or an exchange.

We reply within 24–48 hours, with a prepaid label.

STEP 02

Pack them back up.

Original packaging, unworn, all the inserts that came with them. 

The TUAS box is part of the pair — please send it back too.

STEP 03

Send them back.

Use the prepaid label we sent.

  • Return shipping is free.
  • For exchanges, the new pair ships free too — once per order.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

What to expect.

For exchanges

Once we receive your pair and check it over, we start crafting your new size. Same as any made-to-order —three to four weeks. Yours, again.

For returns

Refunds within 7 business daysof receiving your pair back. The money lands in your account 2–3 business days after.

For pre-orders

Same fifteen-day window from the day your pair arrives. You keep the launch discount on the refund.

How should I try them on?

On carpet or clean floor, indoors. Not outside. Once a pair has been worn outside, we can't accept it back — small marks show on the sole.

Exchanging — how long will it take?

The same as a new order. Three to four weeks for production, then 2–4 business days for delivery.

Pre-orders — same window?

Yes. Fifteen days from the day your pair arrives. You keep the pre-order discount.
