These shoes are not sitting on a shelf waiting to be shipped. Each pair is made-to-order in Portugal. Production begins only after your purchase, making your pair part of a limited and intentional batch.

Because of this, please allow 3–4 weeks for your shoes to be carefully produced and prepared for shipping. This approach allows us to avoid overproduction, maintain quality at every step, and create something that feels truly yours.

Important: Because each pair is made to order, timelines may occasionally extend. If your order has not been shipped within 30 days from purchase, you may request cancellation and a full refund.

We don’t rush what is made with intention — but we also believe you should never feel stuck waiting.

Each pair is produced in small quantities and finished by hand, using carefully selected materials:

• Upper: Textured fabric, a blend of cotton and technical fibers that provides structure and flexibility.
• Lining: Leather
• Sole: Natural leather sole with red finish
• Toe: Contrasting cream leather — TUAS signature
• Insole: Cushioned for all-day comfort
• Packaging: TUAS reusable signature box

You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

Exchanges
We cover the return and the shipping of your new pair. One free exchange per order.

Returns
The return shipping cost is free. Just send us an e-mail and we will send you the label
Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

We currently ship to selected European countries — and for most of them, shipping is on us.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production and external factors such as couriers or customs.

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday). No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.
