All TUAS shoes are made-to-order in Portugal — crafted only after your purchase, with intention and minimal waste.

Whenever we launch a new colour, it first becomes available on preorder. During this phase, the style is offered at a special price to reflect the longer lead time while production begins.

Your pair is then carefully produced and delivered once ready — and we’ll keep you updated throughout the entire process.

Each pair is produced in small quantities and finished by hand, using carefully selected materials:

• Upper: Premium natural lamb leather
• Lining: Leather
• Sole: Natural leather sole with red finish
• Toe: Contrasting cream leather — TUAS signature
• Insole: Cushioned for all-day comfort
• Packaging: TUAS reusable signature box

You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

Exchanges
We cover the return and the shipping of your new pair. One free exchange per order.

Returns
The return shipping cost is free. Just send us an e-mail and we will send you the label
Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

We currently ship to selected European countries — and for most of them, shipping is on us.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production and external factors such as couriers or customs.

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday). No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.
